| Reading this page will help the customer understand
the ordering process and will serve to inform the customer
on what to expect throughout the process. We would also like
to address the concerns of those customers who are apprehensive
about online ordering. |

| Using a Credit Card Online Safely |
| |
Many people are concerned about the use of
credit cards to make an online purchase. There are plenty
of horror stories that have been circulated regarding someone’s
bad experience. The truth is that it is actually very rare
to run into any problems especially if a few rules are followed.
To be safe online
Make sure the lock icon appears at the top of the
page where the url address is located, or on some browsers
it may appear at the bottom (Netscape Navigator).
When the lock or padlock icon appears you are
on what is called a secure server. Any reputable company
doing business on the internet should provide this for their
customers. A secure server protects customers with the use
of industry standard SSL encryption software. This means
that the credit card information is scrambled prior to being
transferred. Therefore it cannot be deciphered over the
internet by anyone. Transacting business on the internet
is actually significantly safer than handing your credit
card to a clerk because of the encryption.
Never give anyone your Social Security Number.
Your social security number should never be given out over
the telephone, internet or to anyone you do not know. There
is no need for anyone to ask for that information and no
one at Tribeca Blu will ever request for you to divulge
that information.
Know your Credit Card
Many credit cards have special safety measures that you
can utilize when making a purchase online. Some of these
features include, a special account number issued for each
transaction eliminating the need to use the actual credit
card number, and theft protection which is normally around
$50.00. Theft protection means you are not held responsible
for any transactions you did not personally over $50.00.
You would be liable for the first $50.00. Of course there
are probably thousands of credit cards with almost as many
perks. Our point is to know what you are being offered and
use it.
Never Send Credit Card Info via Email
This is very important ! Sending any information over the
internet by the use of email is asking for trouble. It is
not secure and can be hacked into. Even months after the
email has been sent it could still be found by undesirables.

| Placing and Order |
Placing an order with Tribeca Blu is easy
and safe. Simply add the item to your shopping cart and
then proceed to checkout. We accept Mastercard,
Visa, Discover , or American Express
in addition to Paypal.
Orders may also be placed via mail with the use of a check
or a money order. Please allow clearing time for checks
which is normally 10 business days . Simply add your items
to the shopping card and proceed thru checkout, stopping
short of entering payment info. Print out that screen and
send along with payment to:

Special Order Items  |
| Courier Shipping Charges -
Courier shipping charges apply to items that exceed the weight
and/or size limits for United Parcel Service ( UPS) or Fedex
. There may be other criteria that determine when courier
shipping is required such as safety of the item. When placing
an order for an item that displays " Courier Shipping
" , you will be charged for shipping based on the delivery
address. If the item is to be delivered to a business address
you will be charged $80.00 , please select the business button.
If the item is being shipped to a residence the shipping charge
is $140.00 , please select the residence button. These charges
are determined by the freight company and not by Tribeca Blu.
When making your shipping selection, please make sure to make
the correct choice. We are billed by the freight company and
will charge your credit card for any remaining amount due
if the wrong shipping selection was made during the ordering
process. Please fill in any special delivery circumstances
in the Special Instructions box that will appear during checkout.
Special instructions would include asking for a certain person
who has signing authority, deliver to side or back door, etc.

Any item marked with the special order symbol
may take from 4-8 weeks to arrive. Special Order items are
not in stock on our premises and are ordered directly from
the manufacturer. To order a special order item, click on
the buy one button and complete the information to make the
purchase. You will be charged the price of the item at the
time of ordering. Please make sure you provide a correct telephone
number where you can be reached during the day. If you are
unable to be reached it will delay the shipment of your item.
In the event that the item you have purchased is no longer
being manufactured, your money will promptly be refunded to
the same credit card originally provided. The manufacturing
of any one item can stop at anytime and cannot be predetermined.
We cannot place a rush on any special order items. Special
Order Items arrive from as far away as Asia. Please take this
into consideration prior to purchasing. Since we do not stock
these items, to return them would mean that they would be
going back to the manufacturer. In such a case shipping both
ways is the responsibility of the consumer in addition to
any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer and a 15%
service charged by Tribeca Blu. The restocking and service
charges are a result of paperwork and arrangements that need
to be made to ship the item back in addition to a thorough
inspection of the item upon arrival. |

| Billing and Credits |
| You will be billed at the time of the order.
Due to the nature of our business, ecommerce, there is no
way to delay a credit card from being billed. When a purchase
is completed the credit card submitted is automatically charged.
If an item is out of stock and a refund is requested , it
will be processed immediately. However any credit refund,
credit or discount submitted may take up to two billing cycles
before it appears. |
