to be of the highest quality. We will go the extra mile
to make sure you receive your product in brand new condition
and in a timely manner. However, in the event that a product
is not what you expected please see below.

| RETURNS |
Defective Merchandise |
It is rare to receive a defective product
from Tribeca Blu. However, if this does occur we will issue
a store credit, a replacement item or a refund in the amount
of the purchase price excluding tax, shipping and handling,
at our discretion. We must be notified within 7 days after
you have received your item. |

Dissatisfaction with Merchandise |
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with
your purchase please let us know. We do our best to keep
our customers happy. At our discretion we may offer a refund,
a discount, or a replacement of the item in question. Refunds
are for purchase price excluding tax, shipping and handling.
We must be notified within 7 days after you have received

Antique Reproduction Disclaimer |
Many items that we sell are hand made. Handcrafting
can result in minor variations in color and natural or human
imperfections. These variations are not defects but rather,
a unique quality to each piece and proof that you are receiving
a hand crafted work of art. Items cannot be returned for
any issues relating to variations resulting from the hand
made nature of these products. |

| To request a return you must first contact us
at customerservice@tribecablu.com
and provide an explanation of the problem along with your
order number. Your order number is provided for you on the
email confirmation that is sent just after the order was placed.
After we receive the information it will be processed and
you will be sent instructions on how to return the item. Shipping
and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Credits,
refunds , discounts etc. cannot be issued until the return
is received. Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle
to appear on the credit card statement. Returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee unless it was our error. |

| Damaged Items |
UPS - If your item was damaged
by UPS please contact us at customerservice@tribecablu.com.
Please place the item back in the box in the original packaging
the same way you received it . It is important to retain all
packaging materials. Do NOT attempt to ship
the item back to us as this will void any insurance coverage
and you will not be credited. We will contact our representative
at the company responsible to get a claim started. You may
be contacted by UPS in regards to picking up the item. The
item will need to be packaged the way you received it. We
will issue a credit, refund , discount or replacement at our
discretion. USPS or Priority Mail -
Items damaged by USPS will be handled by Tribeca Blu. We now
insure our own packages. We will issue a credit, refund ,
discount, or replacement at our discretion. Send the details
along with your name, address, and order number to customerservice@tribecablu.com.
The order number is a four digit code at the top of the email
receipt you received at the time of your order. |
