| Packaging |
| Orders are packed using appropriate packing
materials. Depending on the contents, we may use styrofoam,
peanuts, bubble wrap, shredded newspaper or styrofoam blocks.
Most orders will arrive in a Priority Mail Box from the United
States Post office and will be clearly marked from Tribeca
Blu. Some items may be shipped using United Parcel Service.
UPS is generally used for one item or a combined order weighing
more than twenty pounds. |

| Domestic Shipping |
United States Post Office -
Standard shipping is sent via United States Priority Mail.
Standard shipping is for orders weighing less than 10 pounds.
These orders are usually processed within 24-72 hours (business
days) of the business day we receive the order. All items
shipped using Priority Mail should arrive at their destination
within three to five business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii,
APO's , FPO's and any other non continental US territory may
take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your
item has been shipped. United Parcel Service
- Most items that are shipped using UPS are shipped using
UPS ground which may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Extended shipping times are more likely to occur on the west
coast. United Parcel Service is normally used on items weighing
over 10 lbs , large bulky items, or items traveling a greater
distance. UPS is the most economical way to ship such packages. |

| Need Faster Shipping |
| If you need faster shipping or special attention,

and we will try to accommodate your needs. Some items , such
as our special order items, are either not available to ship
any faster or simply would not be practical. But we would
be happy to help you with any information. |

| Out of Stock Items |
| In the unlikely event that an item you purchased
is out of stock, we will notify you within one week. The in
stock part of your order will be shipped as described above.
At the time we notify you that an item is out of stock , you
are given the option of receiving a refund or waiting for
it to become available. Most out of stock items ship within
two weeks. |

| Delayed Shipping |
| Some items may be delay in shipping. Certain
items come from our other locations and may take 3 weeks or
more to arrive. We will notify you if an item you ordered
will be delayed. And you are certainly free to contact us
at any time and request the status of the order. Although
we do take measures to deliver expeditiously and notify our
customers of such in addition to providing tracking numbers
if appropriate. |

Special Order Items  |
| Courier Shipping Charges -
Courier shipping charges apply to items that exceed the weight
and/or size limits for United Parcel Service ( UPS) or Fedex
. There may be other criteria that determine when courier
shipping is required such as safety of the item. When placing
an order for an item that displays " Courier Shipping
" , you will be charged for shipping based on the delivery
address. If the item is to be delivered to a business address
you will be charged $80.00 , please select the business button.
If the item is being shipped to a residence the shipping charge
is $140.00 , please select the residence button. These charges
are determined by the freight company and not by Tribeca Blu.
When making your shipping selection, please make sure to make
the correct choice. We are billed by the freight company and
will charge your credit card for any remaining amount due
if the wrong shipping selection was made during the ordering
process. Please fill in any special delivery circumstances
in the Special Instructions box that will appear during checkout.
Special instructions would include asking for a certain person
who has signing authority, deliver to side or back door, etc.

Any item marked with the special order symbol
may take from 4-8 weeks to arrive. Special Order items are
not usually in stock on our premises and are ordered directly
from the manufacturer. To order a special order item , click
on the buy one button and complete the information to make
the purchase. You will be charged the price of the item at
the time of ordering. Please make sure you provide a correct
telephone number where you can be reached during the day.
If you are unable to be reached it will delay the shipment
of your item. In the event that the item you have purchased
is no longer being manufactured , your order will be promptly
refunded to the same credit card originally provided. The
manufacturing of any one item can stop at anytime and cannot
be predetermined.
We cannot place a rush on any special order items. Special
Order Items arrive from as far away as Asia. Please take this
into consideration prior to purchasing. Since we do not stock
these items, to return them would mean that they would be
going back to the manufacturer. In such a case shipping both
ways is the responsibility of the consumer in addition to
any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer and a 15%
service charged by Tribeca Blu. The restocking and service
charges are a result of paperwork and arrangements that need
to be made to ship the item back in addition to a thorough

| Damaged Items |
UPS - If your item was damaged
by UPS please contact us at customerservice@tribecablu.com.
Please place the item back in the box in the original packaging
the same way you received it . It is important to retain all
packaging materials. Do NOT attempt to ship
the item back to us as this will void any insurance coverage
and you will not be credited. We will contact our representative
at the company responsible to get a claim started. You may
be contacted by UPS in regards to picking up the item. The
item will need to be packaged the way you received it. We
will issue a credit, refund , discount or replacement at our
discretion. USPS or Priority Mail -
Items damaged by USPS will be handled by Tribeca Blu. We now
insure our own packages. We will issue a credit, refund ,
discount, or replacement at our discretion. Send the details
along with your name, address, and order number to customerservice@tribecablu.com.
The order number is a four digit code at the top of the email
receipt you received at the time of your order. |
